Leadership: Be the best in what you do. Lead. Inspire others with your good work. Be a role model.

Humility: Be humble. Be humane. Treat others as you want yourself to be treated. Don't do things that you don't want to happen for/with you. Serve.

Happiness

Happiness is a feeling that is well immersed in "present" - it is neither in was-wonderful past nor in wish-to-be-vibrant future. It is there in small small little things that we keep ignoring in the look out of something big - in chirping sound of birds, in the silence of nature, in the melody that touches our hearts, in the music that makes us thump, in the moment where we connect to our very mind and soul, in the moment of peace, in moments of joy, in moments of serendipity, in life's learning moments, in trust, in laugh, in completion of some task, in sharing a joke, in moments that let positive emotions blossom, in that moment where we are true to "ourselves". Finally, it is the "path" and not the destination.
